The project is estimated to cost £56 billion and will carry up to 26,000 people per hour. As the project will be constructed in three phases spanning more than 10 years, including the construction of the track, stations and supporting infrastructure, Aquila Forensics professionals have been engaged at an early stage to provide expert guidance and assistance on procurement, commercial strategy and risk to ensure an over-arching commercial structure that aligns with the contractor’s aims and deliverables.

The project will connect 25 stations serving 30 million people and our professionals have provided commercial guidance, structure, strategy and systems for a major international contractor to ensure challenging targets are met over the short, medium and long-term.
