Aquila Forensics provided an established contractor with a team for all its commercial services on its project. Upon agreement of detailed reporting structure and profitability targets, we have been able to deliver value both during the different project phases as well as during the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring our approach has provided value to our client and enhanced profitability. 

PROJECT

A 25 km (16 mi) tunnel running providing capture, storage, and conveyance of almost all the combined raw sewage and rainwater discharges that currently overflow into the river. The tunnel will transfer the captured sewage for onward delivery to Treatment Works for treatment and the recycled clean water is then released into the river. 

With a target completion date of 2023, the current estimate of its capital cost is £4.2 billion. Aquila Forensics’ professionals are engaged to provide full commercial services for the entirety of the project, including detailed cost reporting, risk management and dispute avoidance services.
