PROFILE

Graham Streater is widely experienced in both construction planning, programme controls / monitoring and time related claims. He has thirty three years planning experience, twenty plus years in a managerial capacity. The majority of this experience being gained whilst permanently based on site. Graham has been appointed as the planning department manager for a couple of major national contractors, responsible for the staffing, procedures and pre and post contract planning.

He has been responsible for the provision of planning and claim related services to employers, contractors, sub-contractors and insurers, dealing with all build aspects of a wide range of construction projects including commercial, industrial, hospital, schools, hotels, retail, fit out, and oil + gas. Graham has a valuable mix of experience in pro-active project planning and delay analysis. The experience gained in both of these planning spheres, adds additional value to the service that he provides.

Graham has over 30 years’ experience as a planner and over 20 years’ managerial experience and is the author of the academic paper “Concurrent Delay different from Contributory Negligence?” Graham is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
